I have not been very active on this blog lately. But there has been a reason. Life happens and there has not been time or energy to give towards training and writing. Demanding day job and my three kids is where my time and attention has gone lately.
But the good news is that out of all this a new training system was born. I have finished writing the first draft and updated the training tool and exercise library to fit this new program.
It is about making the most out of minimal time with flexible rest-pause training. It is suitable for busy adults and students who have too much on their plate but want to stay in great shape. Like any training system it has taken some time to craft and master.
This will not be as heavy as the Bodyweight Strength Training 2.0 which could use an update on the exercise library and re-writing most of the chapters. It is a bit too heavy with the calculations. But it was geared towards bodyweight training enthusiasts who need a one rep max based bodyweight training system.
For this new book I try to keep it short and dense since after all it is about training with a busy schedule.
