Bodyweight and Weighted Bodyweight workout template got updated - Here's how to use it!

I recently updated the Two workouts - Bodyweight and Weighted workout template.It has now more features such as: Workouts can now be easily logged with a mobile phone Tracking of each set on the tracking sheet Logs from your last weeks workouts are now visible on Workout sheets. So you know what you did last time. Training volume is calculated on the main page so you can adjust the number of weekly sets if needed.
